This is to inform that DTC has suspended M/s Pelga Kay Wai Construction with CDB no:3063, License no:4005787 for further participation in any contract works in this Dzongkhag for the term 2 years.
The decision has been made after thoroughly going through past performance record of last two consecutive fiscal year (2008-09 & 2009-10) and further observed that the firm is not in a position to take up any contract works in the future.

4. Computer along with the cartridge no.(for existing ones ), printers, photocopy machines and toner no.( for existing ones)

The requisition should at the least reach the procurement Section, Dzongkhag Administration, Punakha latest by 20th April, 2010.

Termination of Contract Works at Nyezergang Choeten |

As per the work order DAP/Eng-11/2009-2009/5284 dated 14/11/2008 (Package-1) & DAP/Eng-11/2009-2009/5285 dated 14/11/2008 (Package-2), the date of completion of the work is on 14/09/2009. Despite our repeated reminders to expedite the work as many as 5 times in writing besides verbal request, you have not only been very irresponsive but even failed to renew your contract. As a result, the work at such a highly sensitive area has been badly suffered putting the Dzongkhag Administration into a critical situation at this stage.
Therefor, we are compelled to terminate the contract with immediate effect as per clause 60.20(h) of the contract terms and conditions. As such, you may report to the Dzongkhag Adminidtration on 30th March 2010 to settle your accounts as of date.

NOTIFICATION |

It is a matter of concern that an increasing number of vehicles are being parked and serviced at Paenzolum Drupchhu under Toeb Gewog and Wolagaep Drupchhu under Guma Gewog. Both Drupchhu being on the highway, parking and servicing of vehicles at the Drupchhu sites has been causing lot of risk and inconveniences to the general public particularly to the commuters. Drupchhu is a “holy water” meant for drinking. Such a conduct is not only a contempt and disrespect towards the Drupchhu but also not in line with the traffic rules. No where in the world such thing happens except in Bhutan.
Therefore, the Dzongkhag Administration would like to request all commuters to refrain from servicing your vehicles at these Drupchhu sites immediately. Non-compliance to this shall lead to the seizure of vehicle documents by the RBP Traffic Police, DoR inspectors and RSTA.
