Civil Service Award for Lifetime Service

Mr. Radhi Drukpa from Zimzor village, Dhungmin Gewog under Pema Gatshel Dzongkhag receives the civil service award for his lifetime service. A 56 years old Radhi has joined the service in 1st May, 1988 and has served for 30 years 11 months under land record section.

Hon’ble Dasho Dzongdag, Punakha Dzongkhag Administration conferred the Royal Civil Service Award to his clean civil service record. The award was conferred to the recipient in keeping with the Royal Command issued to the Royal Civil Service Commission and also as per the Chapter 22 of Bhutan Civil Service Rules and Regulations 2018 for his dedicated service to the Tsa-wa-sum.

“I am extremely privileged and honored to receive such recognition today. Of course, I have given 56 years of my service, so I want to rededicate it to the service of Tsa-wa-sum with utmost dedication and loyalty. Particularly, I would like to thank His Majesty for such recognition to all the civil servant. Moreover, I would like to thank RCSC and Punakha Dzongkhag Administration for providing me such platform. I would never forget,” said Radhi Drukpa.

Announcing his departure from the work, Radhi said he was retiring without any regret. He said, it was a great pleasure for me to be part of the civil servant and I would like to advice all the younger energetics to serve the Tsa-Wa-Sum with full dedication and loyalty.
