10th July, 2008: RSTA (Road Safety and Transport Authority) or the nightmare for those who do not own driving license is prowling every nook and corner of the Punakha Dzongkhag with one important goal , that is to curb fatal accident .Such stringent action taken by RSTA has received public appreciation. The impending checking has sparked fear in the hearts of those illegal or unauthorized drivers as they have been slapped with fine to the tune of more then Nu 1000.
