DT Secretary
The DT Secretary Sector of Punakha Dzongkhag Administration strives to promote an accountable, transparent, and efficient local government while contributing to a happy and safe Bhutan through effective disaster risk reduction. The sector is responsible for coordinating disaster risk management, raising public awareness on disaster prevention and mitigation, developing Dzongkhag-level disaster management plans, ensuring timely disaster recovery, and conducting Dzongkhag Tshogdu sessions.
