The Punakha Dzongkhag Administration bids farewell to Mr. Lhatu, who served as a Teacher for 30 years and Mr. Kamal Kumar Rai, who served as a Health Assistant for almost 34 years.
Hon’ble Dasho Dzongdag, Punakha Dzongkhag Administration conferred the certificates as per the Chapter 22 of Bhutan Civil Service Rules and Regulations 2018 for his dedicated service to the Tsa-wa-sum.
Mr. Lhatu expressed a sense of satisfaction for being able to serve for 30 years in the various Dzongkhags across the country. Particularly, I would like to thank His Majesty for such recognition to all the civil servants. Moreover, I would like to thank RCSC and Punakha Dzongkhag Administration for providing me such a platform,” said Lhatu.
Announcing his departure from the work, Kamal said he was retiring without any regret. He said it was a great pleasure for me to be part of the civil servant.
