  • Coordinate disaster risk management in Dzongkhag and raise awareness on risk, mitigation/prevention of disaster
  • Enhance efficiency, transparency and accountability of local government

Roles and Responsibility:

  • To develop disaster management plans at Dzongkhag level
  • To create awareness on disaster and execute disaster recovery on time
  • To conduct DT
