Hearty Congratulation to Procurement Officer for bringing South Asia Procurement Innovations Award, (SAPIA) for the year 2018 to Bhutan which is organized by World Bank. He has been selected for the aforementioned award through is research work titled "Gross National Happiness Model for Pursuing Sustainable Public Procurement".
