›› Change in deadline for annual filing of Asset Declaration

This is regarding the change in deadline for the Annual Filing of Asset Declaration. 

The Anti-Corruption Commission in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the Section 38 (8) and Section 171 of the Anti-Corruption Act of Bhutan  

2011 has revised the declaration period for filing of Annual Asset Declaration (AD) of February-March as prescribed in the Asset Declaration Rules 2017 

to March-April hereafter as per the recent Executive Order no. ACC/DoPE-ADMD/01/682 dated 7 January 2022 (Attached herewith). 

The Anti-Corruption Commission is also in the process of enhancing its existing Asset Declaration System. So, the enhanced system will be functional only from 1st March 2022 (Declaration period henceforth).
