The Dzongkhag Administration, Punakha would like to inform the plot owners that the survey and demarcation of individual plots under Punakha Old Town Local Area Plan (LAP II) will commence from March 18 and end by March 22,2024, as per the final validated LAP.
Therefore, all the plot owners are requested to attend in person or send an authorized representative within the stipulated time. Any grievances or issues arising after the demarcation process due to the absence of landowners will not be entertained by the Dzongkhag Administration. Furthermore, all the plot owners are requested to come prepared with their pegs for demarcation purposes.
The detailed work plan is attached below, we request the landowners to review the information and plan accordingly.
