The Dzongkhag Administration, Punakha invites sealed bids from the eligible and qualified bidders for design, supply, Erection, installation and construction of 2.0 MLD water Treatment Plant (WTP) with Lab and staff Quarter at Lobesa, Punakha including O&M.

A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased from the procurement office upon the Payment of a non-refundable fee [Nu. 5000] from 10 February to 3rd March, 2025 during office hours. The bid shall be opened on the same day on 3rd March , 2025 at 2:30 pm. Pre-Bid meeting shall be conducted on the date 20th February 2025 at Dzongkhag DT hall at 9:30 AM".
