Hon’ble Dasho Dzongdag, Punakha Dzongkhag Administration conferred the Royal Civil Service Award to his clean civil service record.

On the joyous occasion, the Zhung Dratshang, civil servants, armed forces, business community and the public of Punakha Dzongkhag joins the nation in celebrating the 39th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the King Jigme Khesar Namgyal Wangchuk

The Dzongkhag Administration, regional offices, schools, gewog administrations and public of Punakha celebrated the day with mass cleaning drive.

Unlike past, in coinciding with the 39th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty, hon’ble Dasho Dzongdag awarded certificates and medals to the following students.

A 13-year-old Yeshi Tsheyang Zam published her second book. The new book ‘Lolay’- a book on series of children’s illustrated stories on obscure Bhutanese culture was released coinciding with the birth anniversary of His Majesty the King

The Civil Service Awards ceremony of the Punakha Dzongkhag Administration was held on December 11, 2018. The Dasho Dzongdag, Punakha Dzongkhag awarded the civil service awards to the recipients.
