གནམ་ལོ་ ༢༠༢༢ དབྱིན་ཟླ་ ༡༢ པའི་དབྱིན་ཚེས་ ༡༣ ལུ་སྤུངས་ཐང་ཁ་རྫོང་ཁག་བདག་སྐྱོང་གི་ རྒྱལ་གཞུང་གཞི་གཡོག་གི་རྟགས་མ་

December 13, 2022, the Dzongkhag Administration, Punakha  conducted the Royal Civil Service Award Ceremony graced by Dasho Dzongdag for 81 Civil Servants (4 received gold medals for 30 years of service, 26 silver medals for 20 years of service and 51 bronze medals for 10 years of service) at Dzongkhag Tshogdu Hall, Punakha.

 

The Royal Civil Service Award is a prestigious award recognizing Civil Servants for their outstanding achievements, commitment, and dedicated service to the Tsa-Wa-Sum.

Following are the Royal Civil Service Award category:

1. Lifetime achievement award -those civil servants who have served till their superannuation

2. Gold medal - those civil servants who have served more than 30 years  

3. Silver medal-those civil servants who have served more than 20 years.

4. Bronze medal-those civil servants who have served more than 10 years

 

The hon'ble Dasho Dzongdag offered the deepest gratitude and humble prayers to the recipients for their dedicated service. Moreover, hon'ble Dasho Dzongdag emphasized that the award ceremony is a brilliant opportunity for the recipients to keep inspiring other employees and continue their good work with the same dedication and commitments to serve the TSA-WA-SUM. The Chief Guest also shared about the importance of 115th National Day and also reminded the attendees the importance of the ongoing Civil Service Transformational Exercise.

The key message that the hon'ble Dasho mentioned was that while we upskill ourselves vertically, we must also be mindful about upskilling horizontally to keep ourselves abreast with changing times and technologies.

Finally, Dasho also reminded us to rededicate ourselves to serving the TSA-WA-Sum with unwavering dedication.
